Only 5 rooms in a 4-story building; 1st to 3rd floors are completely private with one guest room per floor.
The simple, subdued design creates a stylish yet tranquil atmosphere typical of Kyoto. The design incorporates Japanese elements, and the interior design is modern yet in keeping with Kyoto's traditions, and the rooms are spacious and large: four of the five rooms have a view of the Kamo River (67㎡), while the rooms on the top four floors have a view of Kiyamachi (57㎡).
Each room is equipped with underfloor heating. Even the bathrooms are equipped with floor heating so that residents can spend their time comfortably even in the cold Kyoto winters, when the temperature varies greatly and it can feel cold from the feet up. You will feel warm after taking a bath.

Each room is equipped with Cassina furniture and Simmons beds so that you can forget the daily grind, relax from your travels, and enjoy the luxury of time at leisure. You will definitely feel so comfortable that you will want to come back again.

The Kamogawa-view rooms have a ceiling-to-floor glass wall, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful view of the Kamo River whenever you like. The Kamo River can also be viewed from the bath, allowing you to forget about time and relax your body and mind.
Kiyamachi View rooms offer a view of Kiyamachi, a typical Kyoto townscape where geiko also come and go. A view of the Kamo River can be enjoyed from the rooftop.

Tables and chairs are available on the rooftop, which is open to all guests.
Not only does it overlook the Kamo River, but you can also see Kiyomizu Temple lit up and the Gozan Bonfire (“big”), and enjoy tea and meals while feeling nature in the tranquility of the area.
